Today, I will be sharing with you the recipe that I make for my breakfast and use as my DIY face masks. It is an edible recipe as well as great for normal or dry skin. This homemade face masks & breakfast recipe tastes delicious and helps the skin in rejuvenating, moisturizing, and removing dark spots. Below you will find the ingredients that are needed and instructions on step-by-step preparation and application.

Kill two rabbits at once. Feed yourself and face too. Start your day looking fresh and glowy.

 

Glow Mask DIY Face Masks & Breakfast Recipe:

Honey

  • Banana 1
  • Oatmeal 50g
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tsp

DIY Face Mask preparation 

Step 1. Mash or Blend the banana very well.

Step 2. Add oatmeal, honey, and Cocoa powder into the mashed banana puree and mix it well.

 

 

Face Mask Application:

Wash your face if time is up, and apply one tablespoon of this mixture on your face and neck. Keep the mixture at least for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can see your face and neck moisturized, fresh, and dark spots are gone.

I am not planning to go all scientific on you. So I am just going to stick to the simplest face masks that you can make at ease.

 

2. ‘Moist me up’ DIY Face Mask

A very simple fix. All you need is few ingredients. This face mask will leave your face deeply moist and help to eliminate your wrinkles and has anti-aging elements. Dry skin types definitely have to try this recipe once or twice a week for optimal results.

‘Moist me up’ Homemade Face Mask Recipe:

  • tbs coconut oil
  • half, ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • tbs raw honey

Preparation:

  1. Spoon out the avocado and blend it
  2. Crush your oats if you need to
  3. Add everything else on top
  4. Blend everything well

Application:

Apply it on damp skin, face, and neck. Leave on for 15 minutes till it dries out. Then rinse off with coolish water.

The other half of avocado can be a healthy and yummy breakfast when you mix it with a tbs honey. An easy-peasy fix.
