Here’s an excellent way to decrease puffiness. Place a teaspoon in iced water for just a few seconds. Make sure that it’s nice and cold. Close your eyes. Place inverted or front of the spoon over the entire closed eye-lid. Dip the spoon in cold water again and do the other eye. It also works if you press the back or rounded part of the spoon against the lower eye-lid.

Place two cotton balls in the water. Remove excess water then place cotton balls on closed eyes for ten minutes.
